Oh ho ho ho...

look what we have at our house...a fun little elf to help the crazy cute Mitchell kids stay on the nice list. His name is BUDDY. I absolutely love the kids' reactions when they wake up, look around for him, and find what silly things he's been up to. Here are a few of our "buddy" favorites so far....

He drew McKall some fairy wings, gave her a wand and wrote BE GOOD.
He made Wyatt a pirate with a cool sword, eye patch and an ear ring. He wrote LISTEN TO MOM AND DAD.
He made Easton into a little monkey and wrote ME LOVE NANAS

Playing with the legos on Wyatt's bed. Where's Wyatt you ask??? Oh no worries, he's nestled in our bed.  Everyone keeps telling me to enjoy it now while he's little, but sometimes Chandler and I have a hard time enjoying getting slapped in the face and the covers kicked off of us. ha ha! We still love you Wyatt!!

His arrival. He brought snow covered donuts and yummy hot chocolate from the NORTH POLE.

Buddy went away for one night cause the kids were being little/big stinkers. That next day they were angels, ok maybe not that good, but man they changed their attitudes very quickly when they found out he was gone. He brought back "grinch floats" (we've had one almost every night since, they are delish) and a movie cause they were so good.

"BUDDY ROCKS"

McKall's favorite so far and "she's NOT ever taking them down." He made the biggest mess though...the little stink. ;)

Card game with Mickey and Buzz...

Thanksgiving

This year we spent our Thanksgiving in Cedar City at Jason and Krista's new home. We had such a good time. Now the kids talk nonstop about Cedar City and how they want to move there...Ha ha! We started off with an amazingly delicious dinner then the ladies headed out to do a little black Friday/Thursday shopping. The next day we went to the aquatic center, it was awesome! Then a little later that night we headed to St. George to the Tuacahn where they had "Christmas in the Canyon." Talk about fun times...we played games, ate, laughed, ate some more, and just enjoyed each others company. What a fabulous Thanksgiving and a big thanks to the Steiner's for letting us all come stay.

King of the bump in the pool...

SANTA!!!

This says, "I had the best Thanksgiving because I went to my cousins. I went to the two a con."
So CUTE!!

The Live Nativity.

7

November 17th was McKall's big day. She turned 7. We went to a baptism preview just before her birthday, it made her super excited to be baptized next year. I kind of wish it would have been closer to her 8th birthday so she could remember all the good stuff just before her baptism, but it was great and she can't wait.
The day after her birthday, Chandler and I took her to toys r us and then to dinner. She got an "easily" bake oven and some lego friends. She loved every minute of being the only child with mom and dad on her special day. We had the best shakes, we giggled, and had lots of fun. She's a big help to me and I couldn't ask for a more sassy, moody, sweet, big hearted little lady to be my partner in crime. I love this 7 year old of mine.....

She can make some "huge" cookies with this thing. LOL! They are fabulous!

All she wants for Christmas....HA HA!!

She wasn't feeling the greatest. She got a horrible headache at school and had to come home towards the end of the day, thankfully. I think she was just far too excited, I mean who isn't on their big day? She said to me on our way to school, "I just can't believe it's finally here!" Ha Ha! Her teacher makes them feel so special on their birthdays.

Sippin on milk shakes.

She thought this was the coolest thing ever....
